Our Terms of Use of the HypnobirthingClass site and Materials
1.Our Terms In Plain English
a.If you use this site you agree to these terms, if you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
b.The terms apply equally to anyone using the site/materials in any way (‘Users’)
c. We ‘HypnobirthingClass’ can’t be responsible what other sites/people say on their sites
d. Whilst we have made over many years a great deal of effort to research, develop and use these methods with pregnant women (including using these techniques for our 5 sons home births) to help increase the chances of you having a positive birth experience, unfortunately we cannot guarantee it will turn out in any particular way for you. These Hypnobirthing Class methods are based on the award winning Natal Hypnotherapy products.
e. Please remember we are dealing with a natural process, things can be different for different people. In life sometimes things can go wrong and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome for you (sorry!). You accept that we cannot be responsible for what happens, or does not happen in your situation if you use or don’t use the ‘Materials’.
f. Our methods are designed to work with the medical teams providing your care and not to be used on its own or instead of their advice or care. Please listen to them they are there to help you.
g. If you’re kind enough to give us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you accept we may use them freely in whatever we think is appropriate, if we want to.
h. We are based in England so your acceptance of this agreement is governed by English law.
i. For the online hypnobirthing class, you will have access for 9 months from signing up. If you wish to use the course for subsequent pregnancies you can do so at a discounted rate of 50% off the current course fee.
j. For the online Practitioner training you will have access to the course for 3 years. if you need an extension please contact us

2.Terms of Use
Hypnobirthing Class, a division and brand of Intuition Un Ltd, which are collectively known as “Hypnobirthing Class“, who maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users i.e. you the client/trainee/participant including spouses or partner, hereafter referred to as (“Users” upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Hypnobirthing Class. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Hypnobirthing Class has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
4.No Warranty
The “Materials” (e.g. Courses, Classes, Audio, Video, downloads, print documents, information, content etc) provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. The Materials are intended to increase the likelihood of a better and more comfortable birth experience, but we do not guarantee a particular outcome or promise you will have a particular kind of pregnancy, birth or post-natal experience.
The Materials are provided for ‘information and educational purposes’ and should be used to support, not instead of, any appropriate medical/non-medical professional advice or guidance, medical or health care, that should be obtained by the User, which may be offered by health service institutions or medical professionals, private or public as part of their pregnancy, birth preparation, or in the post-natal period.
As things may change over time, Hypnobirthing Class further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Hypnobirthing Class may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and Hypnobirthing Class makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.
5.Limitation of Liability

Hypnobirthing Class provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Hypnobirthing Class authorises each User to view and download one copy of the Materials, soley for your personal use. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site and further action may be taken.
As part of the courses or separately, by any form, solicited or unsolicited, you may decide to provide feedback on the class, suggestions to improve the courses, ideas which we may review, amend, update to our site, implement whole or in part. You accept that by providing any feedback, suggestions, and ideas for improvements “Ideas” that you relinquish any rights to those Ideas. You agree that your Ideas will automatically become the property of Hypnobirthing Class, without any compensation to you; Hypnobirthing Class may use or distribute in any way, for any purpose and there is no obligation for Hypnobirthing Class to review or use your Ideas and there is no obligation to keep any Ideas confidential.
8.Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of 1st October 2016 and are subject to change without notice by Hypnobirthing Class at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes and acceptance of the Terms.
9.Validity
If any term or provision within these Terms of Use shall in whole or in part be held to any extent to be illegal or unenforceable, then such term or provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these Terms and Conditions and the enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected.
10.Applicable Law
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from this agreement. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Hypnobirthing Class may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
